These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PuppyLongevity.com (the "Site"), operated by PuppyLongevity ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We use passwordless authentication (magic links sent to your email). If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Yearly subscription ($29/year)
- Grants access to unlimited longevity protocols for all your dogs.
- Includes unlimited quiz retakes, progress tracking, updated protocols, and the Dog Longevity Handbook.
- Automatically renews every 12 months unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
One-time report ($19)
- Grants access to one full longevity protocol for one dog.
- Includes the Dog Longevity Handbook and vet checklist.
- Does not include retakes, progress tracking, or protocol updates.
- Access does not expire.
Free tier
- The longevity score, top 3 priorities, and account creation are free.
- No credit card is required for free features.
4. Billing and payment processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Prices are in US dollars (USD). You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the payment issue is resolved.
5. Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at the email address listed below. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.
6. Promotion codes and discounts
Promotion codes are subject to their stated terms and may have expiration dates, usage limits, or product restrictions. We reserve the right to void or modify promotion codes at any time if we determine they are being used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
7. Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, data, and software, is owned by PuppyLongevity or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Your personalized reports are generated for your private, non-commercial use. You may share reports with your veterinarian. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports commercially.
8. Educational content disclaimer
All content on the Site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your dog. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.
9. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site without permission.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' experience.
10. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuppyLongevity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your access to or use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes for your dog based on our content or reports.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
